I've heard you can ride horses in Pelham Bay Park but I wonder if anyone can just go and ride or if you have to be a certain skillset before they will let you on their horse. I've been riding for years and I'm very comfortable with all horses but I want to take my 13 year old daughter and while she has experience, she is not a master. Also, does anyone know what days you can rent horses on and how expensive it is?
